1. About our service providers

We use infrastructure, communication and support services to operate C:Hub and its website. This page describes their roles and the information they handle. The services and processing arrangements applicable to a Merchant are governed by the relevant agreement and enabled features.

Some services are used only for particular features or configurations. The list of apps in the integrations directory is separate from CustomerHub’s own provider arrangements.

3. Shopify and merchant-selected apps

Shopify is the merchant’s commerce platform and supplies customer/order data, authentication and supported file hosting used by C:Hub. Its contractual role and terms depend on the merchant’s Shopify agreement and the processing involved; it should not simply be treated as an interchangeable C:Hub subprocessor.

Apps the merchant installs for loyalty, subscriptions, returns, downloads or other functions have their own service terms. Data exchange depends on the integration and the merchant’s settings. See all supported integrations.

4. Provider information and changes

Contact support@customerhubapp.com for provider, processing-location and retention information relevant to your store or processing agreement. Subprocessor authorization and change notices follow the applicable agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.
