1. About our service providers
We use infrastructure, communication and support services to operate C:Hub and its website. This page describes their roles and the information they handle. The services and processing arrangements applicable to a Merchant are governed by the relevant agreement and enabled features.
Some services are used only for particular features or configurations. The list of apps in the integrations directory is separate from CustomerHub’s own provider arrangements.
2. Infrastructure and operating services
| Service | Role and information handled |
|---|---|
| Google Cloud | Application and compliance hosting and supporting storage. Processes service information appropriate to the hosted workload. |
| Bugsnag | Error monitoring where enabled. Processes errors and diagnostic context, with configured filtering for common credential-related information. |
| Twilio SendGrid / Mailgun | Email delivery for relevant app and support messages. The website contact form uses SendGrid to deliver names, reply email, store/context details, messages and optional screenshots to support. The website does not use a Mailgun fallback; app email delivery depends on the configured transport. |
| Goldilocks support tooling | In-app support interface, including AI chat. Receives merchant contact details and relevant account/configuration context to help answer questions and provide support. |
| Cloudflare | Website delivery and connection security. Receives technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. |
3. Shopify and merchant-selected apps
Shopify is the merchant’s commerce platform and supplies customer/order data, authentication and supported file hosting used by C:Hub. Its contractual role and terms depend on the merchant’s Shopify agreement and the processing involved; it should not simply be treated as an interchangeable C:Hub subprocessor.
Apps the merchant installs for loyalty, subscriptions, returns, downloads or other functions have their own service terms. Data exchange depends on the integration and the merchant’s settings. See all supported integrations.
4. Provider information and changes
Contact support@customerhubapp.com for provider, processing-location and retention information relevant to your store or processing agreement. Subprocessor authorization and change notices follow the applicable agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.
