Are features restricted on smaller plans?

No. All base plans include the full B2C offering and differ by customer count. B2B is an optional paid add-on for eligible Shopify B2B stores. Some features depend on your store settings, order eligibility or a separately installed third-party app.

How does B2B pricing work?

All B2B functionality requires the paid B2B add-on at US$19/month or US$190/year in addition to your valid base plan, matching your base plan’s billing interval. Select Include B2B in my estimate to see the base plan and add-on together. Your store needs Shopify B2B availability, company setup and a valid C:Hub base plan; review eligibility in Manage. Customer Fields prevents B2B Profile Setup. Review and approve subscription charges in Shopify. Third-party app fees remain separate.

How long is the free trial?

You have 14 days to try C:Hub on your store. Install through the Shopify App Store and review the subscription details in Shopify.

Are connected apps included in the price?

C:Hub’s integration features are included. Any subscription or usage fees charged by another app are separate, and some integrations require a particular plan or additional setup with that app.

Where do I manage billing?

C:Hub subscriptions are billed through Shopify. You can review the current plan and subscription terms during installation and in your Shopify app billing.

What if my store has more than 1,000,000 customers?
