Are features restricted on smaller plans?
No. All base plans include the full B2C offering. B2B is the only paid C:Hub extra, at US$19/month or US$190/year. The plans differ by customer count. Some features depend on your store settings, order eligibility or a separately installed third-party app.
Is B2B included in my plan?
B2B is an optional add-on outside our B2C offering. Add it to any C:Hub plan for US$19 per month, or US$190 per year with annual billing. It is the only paid C:Hub extra; fees charged by third-party apps remain separate. The calculator shows your combined estimate. Review and approve the actual subscription charges in Shopify.
How long is the free trial?
You have 14 days to try C:Hub on your store. Install through the Shopify App Store and review the subscription details in Shopify.
Are connected apps included in the price?
C:Hub’s integration features are included. Any subscription or usage fees charged by another app are separate, and some integrations require a particular plan or additional setup with that app.
Where do I manage billing?
C:Hub subscriptions are billed through Shopify. You can review the current plan and subscription terms during installation and in your Shopify app billing.
What if my store has more than 1,000,000 customers?
Email support@customerhubapp.com with your store details so we can help you choose the right setup.
