Are any B2B features included in the base plan?

No. All C:Hub B2B functionality requires the paid B2B add-on, including company profiles, custom company and location data, company orders, filters and payment information. The add-on costs US$19/month or US$190/year in addition to a valid C:Hub base plan, following its billing interval. Store eligibility, feature settings and Shopify permissions still apply.

What does my store need?

Your store needs Shopify B2B availability, company customers and location assignments, plus a valid C:Hub base plan and the paid B2B add-on. Use the current C:Hub account experience. C:Hub checks Shopify B2B availability in B2B Builder. Company Profile Setup is unavailable while the Customer Fields integration is enabled.

Can buyers change company details or switch locations?

Company fields are read-only. Manage their values in Shopify. In Profile, a company-location selector can appear beside the shipping address when Shopify supplies multiple usable location-switch links. It changes the selected Shopify location and reloads the account; it does not grant new access or edit an address.

Which company orders can a buyer see?

A location admin can see orders at the locations they administer. Other buyers see their own company orders at assigned locations. Being the company’s main contact does not automatically grant admin access. A company order also present in personal history appears once.

Can location admins pay or track a colleague’s order?

When the merchant enables the relevant controls, location admins can use Pay Now on eligible unpaid or partially paid shared orders and view available fulfillment tracking. Payment and tracking are separate settings. Shared access does not enable reordering, editing, cancellation or refunds on someone else’s order. The local demo does not submit payments or open live tracking.

Will retail customers get the B2B screens?

Company information appears for eligible company buyers. Ordinary retail customers keep their existing account experience. You choose where company information is shown and whether Company orders is enabled.

Is the demo connected to a real company account?

The interactive B2B demo uses fictional local company, buyer and order data in C:Hub’s actual preview renderer. The images on this page are sanitized captures from our B2B demo shop. Neither view changes a customer, store or subscription.
